The Love of Christ

And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. Romans 5:5

Oh, how precious the love of Christ is poured into our hearts by the Holy Spirit. This is an experience that is unique in itself and demonstrates a tangible way of experiencing the love of Christ. When I was young, I always knew there was a God, but he seemed a million miles away, until the day when his love came down upon me in power and poured into my heart. I knew then that God was real, and he loved me. I recall such joy, to know God was there for me and how much he loved me. Oh, how I pray that everyone who seeks God will come to know the tangible love of Christ. It is written, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. Matthew 7:7

If you want to experience God in a personal way and experience the love of Christ for yourself, ask. For you have not because you ask not. God will answer that prayer in his timing, but trust it will come and keep asking.
